Opis This dry white wine combines the Colombard, Sauvignon and Gros Mansang varieties of grapes. Produced in the traditional Gascon method, it benefits from the latest technical developments. Ideal either as an aperitif, or to accompany grilled fish, and all shellfish. This pale yellow wine with green reflections, has a fine and delicate nose revealing aromas of lemon, grapefruit and white acacia flowers. In the mouth it is fresh and flavoursome, marked by smells of flowers and fruit coming through the nose. This wine is well balanced between freshness and flavour.
